Short mein: Pakistan bhar delivery 3-5 working days. Delivery charge aap ke pate ke hisab se — dukan se 5 km ke andar Rs. 100, Punjab mein Rs. 200, doosre subon mein Rs. 300. Delivery charges advance liye jate hain, saman ke paise delivery ke waqt cash mein.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched after we confirm them with you on call or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, delivery anywhere in Pakistan normally takes 3 to 5 working days.
Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. During sale periods or bad weather a courier can take a little longer — if your order is delayed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it for you.
Delivery charges
- Rs. 100 — dukan se 5 km ke andar (Sahiwal city)
- Rs. 200 — Punjab mein kahin bhi
- Rs. 300 — doosre subon mein
Checkout par naqsha aata hai. Apne ghar par nishan laga dein — us se rider ko theek jagah milti hai, aur agar aap dukan se 5 km ke andar hain to delivery sirf Rs. 100 lagti hai. Nishan na lagayen to Rs. 200 lagega, kyunke hum yeh tasdeeq nahi kar sakte ke aap qareeb hain.

Payment
Delivery charges advance liye jate hain. Order confirm karte waqt hum aap se delivery ka kharcha pehle le lete hain — easypaisa, JazzCash ya bank transfer se. Iske baghair order dispatch nahi hota.
Saman ke paise cash on delivery. Jab parcel aap tak pohnche, baqi raqam courier ko de dein. Hum kabhi aap ke card ya bank ki tafseel nahi maangte.
Order confirmation
After you place an order we call or WhatsApp you on the number you entered to confirm it and to take the delivery charge. Please keep that number switched on — if we cannot reach you after a few attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Agar cheez pasand na aaye
15 din ke andar wapas kar sakte hain aur poore paise wapas milte hain — tafseel Returns & Exchange page par hai. Agar cheez tooti hui ya ghalat aayi ho to delivery ka kharcha bhi hum hi dete hain.
